Build a complaint file
- Exact domain and account identifier,
- date, time, ETB amount and transaction ID,
- support messages and withdrawal status,
- the remedy requested and deadline given.
Escalation route
Submit the issue to the operator in writing. For a payment issue, complain to the financial provider; after 10 unresolved business days, use NBE’s complaint process. The reported 2026 ELS line for suspected illegal betting is 9695. Report suspected crime to police.
